Products are delivered worldwide through EMS postal service from Saint-Petersburg, Russian Federation. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery time is around 1-2 weeks to anywhere. You'll receive a tracking number, with which you can see your delivery's progress.

During COVID shipping time may get longer than stated. Also during COVID we can't ship to the following countries:

India, Mongolia, Kuwait, Lybia, Peru, Moldavia, Sri-Lanka, Tunisia, Lebanon, Philippines, Maldives, Myanmar, Ecuador, Honduras, Montenegro, Mauritania, New Caledonia, Easter island, French Polynesia, Cayman islands.

Cancelling/Changing orders

If you would like to change or cancel your order or change the shipping address, please email us at familyoffreestyle@gmail.com with "URGENT" in the title.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel it before it ships out. Unfortunately, once it leaves our shipping facility we cannot change the address, your best bet to fix it is to contact your local postal service once it reaches your country.

Duties and taxes

All orders may be subject to taxes and duties when they arrive to your country.  Note that Freestyle Family is unable to cover those extra expenses imposed by your local government. 

 

Returns

If your item doesn't fit or you're not satisfied with it for any reason, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Contact us via email at familyoffreestyle@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, still in the re-sellable state.

Except in case of product being defect, all costs of return shipping must be covered by the customer. 

We are unable to accept the returned item for a direct exchange. If you would like to change an. item for a. different size or color, you will need to send the item back to us and place a new order.
